Hemodynamic and Clinical Outcomes of Milrinone Compared to Dobutamine in Cardiogenic Shock: A-Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Background
 Despite years of clinical experience with the two most commonly used inotropes i.e dobutamine and milrinone, in cardiogenic shock setting, there is a lack head-to-head comparison between shock. We conducted systematic review meta-analysis on hemodynamic effects milrinone shock.
 Methods
 A comprehensive literature search using PubMed Scopus was performed. Among 40 studies retrieved from database, 3 were included for outcome 2 outcomes. 
 Results
 Three 101 patients analysis 146 analysis. observed no significant difference cardiac index, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, mean arterial pressure at 1 hour after administration. However, significantly lower mPAP infusion compared to (mean -8,7 (-9,97 -7,43) mmHg, p<0,01). also in-hospital mortality but shorter ICU length stay group -1 (-1,92 -0,08) days).
